Originally settled as a small Roman camp about 2300 years ago, the intersection of the “5 Vie”, named Via del Bollo, Via Bocchetto, Via Santa Maria Fulcorina, Via Santa Marta and Via Sant'Orsola, is today at the center of the most exclusive area of Milan a stone's throw from the Duomo and the financial center of Piazza Affari, five minutes on foot from the Castello Sforzesco, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the fashion district with the major names in international fashion.
The palace we see today, was built in the 1700s and was chosen by Maria Teresa of Austria to host cultural lounges in which the intellectuals of Il Caffè magazine used to participate. Its history still seems to shine through the walls, from the friezes that decorate windows and balconies overlooking Via Bocchetto and Via del Bollo.
“Residenza alle 5 Vie” was born from the perfect combination of classicism and design. The building has been completely renovated with the use of the most modern plant technologies. In the common areas, precious materials have been used such as marble and wooden paneling; the courtyards have retained the flavour of old times complemented by green furnishings.
The bespoke apartments, enriched with every comfort according to the philosophy of the "luxury apartment concept", are equipped with car garages on the basement floors of the building.
The proposed and customizable finishes will be of absolute high standing.
The external wooden windows, with triple glazing with double low emission chamber, have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation performances. The internal doors and windows will be with shaped panels lacquered in white colour.
